Our Administrative Assistants work hard to support our both our senior leaders and our front line Technicians. Whether it's taking care of benefits administration, updating process documentation, or connecting the dots between internal and external team members, our AAs are the ones behind the scenes crossing the T's and dotting the I's to ensure our clients have what they need.
As our newest Administrative Assistant, you will directly support our company’s owners, as well as a few other members of our senior staff. Your role is essential and highly visible, as you will spend your time multi-tasking and collaborating with individuals across the organization.
We're a "best of both worlds" kind of company. We're big enough to have resources and scale, but small enough that a single person has a surprising amount of autonomy and can make a meaningful impact. We're curious, fun, a little intense, and kind of obsessed with helping our customers shine.
Your highly organized, detail oriented personality and overflowingly vibrant positivity will become the center of our office operations:
  • Payroll processing coordination
  • HR systems data inputting and verification
  • Benefit plan tracking including PTO, health care, Workers Comp, etc.
  • Reception and call handling
  • Prepare materials and help organize employee performance reviews
  • Documentation audits
  • Marketing emails and calls
  • Customer satisfaction surveys
  • Assisting with other projects and tasks, as assigned
